What is KubeTrain?
KubeTrain is a community-driven, sustainable travel initiative that helps KubeCon attendees journey together by train.
Our mission is simple:
Make it easy, affordable, and fun to choose an eco-friendly alternative to flying, while turning the trip itself into part of the KubeCon experience.
Organized by:
KubeTrain is organized by renao, a non-profit association that connects and supports the European cloud-native community through shared experiences, events, and collaborations.
How It Started
It all began when a few community members realized something: many KubeCon attendees were already taking the train and loving it. But for most, the two biggest hurdles were cost and travel time. KubeTrain was created to overcome those barriers, bringing people together to share the ride, the savings, and the excitement.
